As a Power BI & Snowflake Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping our data analytics strategy. You'll collaborate with business leaders, design compelling dashboards, and ensure our data solutions are both scalable and reliable. This is a hybrid role in our Support Center in Westminster, MA.
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that empower strategic decision-making.
- Optimize and manage data models using DBT and Snowflake, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Implement and fine-tune DAX calculations for deep data analysis.
- Integrate Power BI with enterprise systems to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Maintain data integrity, documentation, and best practices to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative BI solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Work Experience
- 3+ years of experience developing BI solutions with Power BI and Snowflake.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, DAX, and data modeling.
- Experience with DBT for data transformation.
- Understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and enterprise system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into business value.
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs.
- Passion for staying current with BI technologies and best practices.
