Job summary

ABM is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst – Facilities & Innovation at Canary Wharf, London. This role focuses on identifying and implementing BI solutions that improve operational performance and client outcomes within ABM’s facilities services operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong Power BI skills, data analytics experience, and the ability to lead technology pilots and change initiatives across operations and client engagement. On-site working pattern in Mon–Fri hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in business intelligence or data analytics with Power BI
• Proficiency in Power BI including DAX and Power Query
• Experience with SQL, relational databases and data modelling
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work with stakeholders across operational and client-facing environments
• Experience in facilities management or similar operational setting would be advantageous
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Build and maintain data models including data cleaning and transformation
• Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for performance improvement
• Collaborate with operations to identify efficiency opportunities
• Support implementation of new tools and pilots
• Turn improvement ideas into scalable solutions and drive adoption
• Maintain documentation for reports and dashboards
