Job summary

Pet Drugs Online, part of IVC Evidensia, seeks a BI Developer to turn data into actionable insights using Power BI. You will build and maintain dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to our data warehouse rebuild.

You’ll design robust data models, optimize SQL queries, and ensure reliable data pipelines. This role offers the chance to influence reporting across the business within a fast‑growing ecommerce veterinary group.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Power BI and Power BI Service, including dataflows and gateway management.
• Proven experience designing and optimising data models within Power BI.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex query writing and working with large datasets.
• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and dimensional modelling.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Azure Data Factory or SSIS.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end BI solutions from requirements to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Transforming complex data into clear insights to support performance.
• Writing and optimising SQL queries, views, and datasets for reporting.
• Building and maintaining reliable data pipelines for ingestion and transformation.
• Collaborating with data owners and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Troubleshooting data lifecycle issues from source to front-end reporting.
