Job summary

Quest Global Services is seeking a Power BI Developer for a 12-month outside IR35 full-time contract based in Bristol, UK with hybrid working up to two days per week. The role focuses on designing and maintaining Power BI reports, data models, and secure data access while collaborating with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has proven Power BI experience, strong SQL and data modelling skills, and familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.

Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Computer literacy in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and internet browsers.
• MS Teams experience would be useful.
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
• Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems.

We are responsible for the design, specification, and control of gas turbine projects in the UK and worldwide. This is a 12-month outside IR35 full-time contract for a Power BI Developer to support OEM customer business system improvement through the creation and development of Power BI dashboards. The role is based in Bristol, UK, with hybrid working available at a maximum of one or two days per week at home and flexible working patterns available.
