Job summary

Job Advert in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to lead the development and delivery of BI reporting and analytics across the organisation. You will work with stakeholders across Distribution, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and IT to transform complex data into meaningful information and actionable recommendations that support decision-making.

Qualifications

Advanced Power BI development experience.
Strong SQL knowledge.
Experience with large and complex datasets.
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and recommendations.
Experience presenting insights to management-level stakeholders.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development and continuous improvement of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
Analyse data from systems including AS400, Fabric, Manhattan Active WMS, SAP and financial systems.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop and enhance reporting and performance metrics across warehouse operations, inventory and costs.
Ensure data accuracy and alignment with business requirements across multiple systems.
Drive automation of reporting processes and broaden analytical capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise reporting needs and support operational improvements.
