Job Description:

Job Title: Power BI Analyst | Please note the successful candidate must be French Speaking, as will be dealing with European offices and customers.

Location: Eastbourne | 4 days in the office, with 1 day remote

Salary: Up to £33,000.00 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: 40 hours a week | Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm

Our client, a multinational leader in manufacturing, seeks a Power BI analyst. This role focuses on improving customer processes to automate customer service functions, bridging IT infrastructure and data insights to enhance service through reports and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be analytical and data-driven, utilizing ERP systems to enhance supply chain processes.

This position involves data analysis using Power BI and customer service to improve offerings through trend analysis and system automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

• Respond to inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly, exploring digitization options.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and addressing root causes.
• Provide comprehensive information on products and services.

Order Management:

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately, maintaining database integrity, and exploring digitization.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for smooth processing and delivery.
• Manage customer expectations and commitments.

Administrative Duties:

• Generate sales and customer data reports, exploring digitization.
• Support the Commercial Team with administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor inventory and communicate with relevant teams.
• Assist the Credit Risk Team with customer communication.
• Relay customer feedback for product/service improvements.
• Update customer service knowledge base.
• Support new initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven customer problem-solving experience, ideally in customer service.
• Fluency in French (preferably native) and English, with UK work visa.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
• Strong commercial insight and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in office software, spreadsheets, CRM, and Power BI.
• Experience with large language models is a plus.
• Patience and professionalism in handling difficult customers.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
