PowerApps Developer

Length: 6 months

Location : Hybrid - 3 days on site in Marble Arch

Salary : £69,000 per annum

We are actively looking to secure a PowerApps Developer to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Job purpose

With a passion for leveraging data to enable colleagues to make better, data-driven decisions, you will create robust yet flexible applications to enhance operational efficiency and customer focus. You will investigate business problems and develop targeted tools to support the cultural change towards a data-driven organization.

Key accountabilities, responsibilities, and measures

  1. Understand report user requirements and provide solutions that add value and meet business needs.
  2. Understand C&H systems and data sources, linking them to provide accurate and timely reporting.
  3. Ask stakeholders analytical questions and use problem-solving skills to present options and solutions.
  4. Assist decision-makers by presenting data in an accessible and informative manner.
  5. Understand the key business drivers and how they relate to the overall business strategy.
  6. Have a good understanding of business functions and the financial and operational processes to inform risks, opportunities, and priorities.
  7. Collect, organize, and manipulate large datasets using databases and other technologies.
  8. Present and restructure data to meet user requirements, continually seeking improvements in accuracy and usability.
  9. Work with large datasets using frameworks like Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and Azure Synapse, understanding how to access and join data from different sources.
  10. Manage business incidents, addressing data quality and source system issues, maintaining the quality of analytical assets.
  11. Build data models and use insights to make recommendations.
  12. Participate in prioritizing and managing team workload and backlog, proactively identifying new opportunities.
