McCabe & Barton is seeking a Power Apps Developer to join their Leicester-area team. You will design, build and maintain Power Apps and workflow solutions that support business processes across the organisation, with a focus on delivering end-to-end solutions from requirements through delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, plus a solid understanding of Microsoft/Azure technologies such as Power BI, Azure DevOps and data storage

• 2–4 years hands-on experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, ideally in regulated financial services
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Experience designing, building and maintaining workflow and business process solutions
• Strong understanding of Microsoft/Azure technologies, including Power BI, Azure DevOps, Blob Storage, Key Vault and ADF
• Experience with SQL databases; Snowflake experience is advantageous
• Understanding of data transformation, data quality and data integration
• Experience with version control, CI/CD and development best practice
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

A leading financial services client is looking for a Power Apps Developer to join their team in the Leicester area. The role is paying up to £50,000 and requires one day a week in the office.

The role will focus on designing, building and maintaining Power Apps and workflow solutions that support business processes, with the opportunity to work on a range of projects across the organisation.

Youll work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, translate them into effective solutions and take ownership through to delivery. There will also be a focus on improving existing applications, processes and data workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, alongside a good understanding of the wider Microsoft and Azure ecosystem.

Key experience:

• 2 to 4 years hands on experience developing solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, ideally within a regulated financial services environment
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Experience designing, building and maintaining workflow and business process solutions
• Good understanding of Microsoft and Azure technologies, ideally including Power BI, Azure DevOps, Blob Storage, Key Vault and ADF
