Job summary

McCabe & Barton in the United Kingdom is seeking a Power Apps Developer to join their Leicester-area team. You will design, build and maintain Power Apps and workflow solutions that support key business processes, with opportunities to work on a range of projects across the organisation.

The role requires hands-on Power Apps and Power Automate experience, a solid understanding of the wider Microsoft and Azure ecosystem, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders through to delivery.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years hands on experience developing solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, ideally within a regulated financial services environment.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience designing, building and maintaining workflow and business process solutions.
• Good understanding of Microsoft and Azure technologies, ideally including Power BI, Azure DevOps, Blob Storage, Key Vault and ADF.
• Experience working with SQL and databases, with Snowflake experience advantageous.
• Understanding of data transformation, data quality and integration.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD and development best practice.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders.

Job description

A leading financial services client is looking for a Power Apps Developer to join their team in the Leicester area. The role is paying up to £50,000 and requires one day a week in the office.

The role will focus on designing, building and maintaining Power Apps and workflow solutions that support business processes, with the opportunity to work on a range of projects across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, translate them into effective solutions and take ownership through to delivery. There will also be a focus on improving existing applications, processes and data workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, alongside a good understanding of the wider Microsoft and Azure ecosystem.

Key experience:
