Pro Global are seeking a data-centric, analytical and enthusiastic analyst to join our technology team.

Working primarily for enterprise clients who have a strong focus on using the Microsoft ecosystem, you will have the opportunity to be client-facing to further develop within the Microsoft Power Platform using applications such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. You will also have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in other Microsoft products, including Dynamics, and SharePoint as well as other vendors e.g. Slack.

This role predominantly requires PowerApps and automate experience but will also include supporting the IT function in non standard applications.

This role will be on Hybrid basis time time split between home and one of our UK offices.

The role will allow you to:

• Build your career as a technical expert with PowerApps and the possibility of gaining the relevant industry-recognised certifications
• Gain a deep understanding of technology and project management principles, customisations, configurations, integrations, limitations and dependencies across a range of solutions
• Work as part of a growing technology team in leading insurance consultancy on internal and external focused solution to drive business innovation.

What we are looking for:

Must have:

• PowerApps
  • Experience in working with business units in order to take requirements and development technical specification documents to best practise
  • Can build PowerApps with best practise prinicipals
  • Implementation or Support experience following best practices when building Apps (Good experience required with Canvas Apps and Component Libraries required)
  • Being able to support solutions for different business cases and demonstrate ability to support and build Apps that resolve specific business problems
• SharePoint site creation and management
• Ability to train and guide others in development
• Good understanding of data lifecycle and data transformation and/or data warehousing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage project workload and stakeholder management
• Ability to document and train others
• Power Automate
• Experienced in creating flows and writing expressions within Power Automate
• Knowing how to use connectors and how to call REST APIs
• Good understanding of data cleaning, transformation and modelling

Nice to have (Not Essential):

• Power BI
• Good understanding of Access Management within Power BI and RLS
• Any Microsoft Power Platform Certification(s)
• Understanding of broader Microsoft stack and how to leverage it to create powerful solutions including, but not limited to SharePoint, Dynamics, Dataverse, Azure, Data Factory
• Programming background and/or Low-code development experience
• Microsoft Excel (Advanced Formulas, Visual Basic for Applications)
