Powder Paint Operative Specialist Machinery Company
Location: Dorking, Surrey
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM 8:00 PM
Full-Time, Permanent

Are you a detail-oriented individual with experience in powder coating or a strong desire to learn a hands-on trade? Join our dynamic team at a leading specialist machinery company in Dorking, where precision, quality, and innovation are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coat components using powder painting techniques.

  • Operate and maintain powder coating equipment and spray booths.

  • Inspect finished items for quality, ensuring excellent finish and durability.

  • Follow health and safety guidelines and production schedules.

  • Work closely with other departments to meet customer specifications and deadlines.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in powder coating or a similar finishing role is preferred, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.

  • Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Reliable and punctual, with a positive and proactive attitude.
