Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year experience in powder coating, familiar with powder coating booths, guns, and control sheets, and is able to diagnose equipment issues and train others as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant role.
• Ability to produce industrial finishes on a continual basis.
• Familiar with powder coating paint booths and related equipment.
• Familiar with powder coating paint guns and related equipment.
• Read a control sheet and determine proper powder settings.
• Able to test finishes using approved methods.
• Able to diagnose problems with powder paint equipment.
• Maintain powder availability levels.
• Team player and able to train others.
