Overview

We're seeking an experienced Powder Coater Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy powder coating department. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on coating expertise, proven leadership ability, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate a small team to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality output.
  • Oversee production schedules, ensuring jobs are completed on time.
  • Maintain equipment, ensuring proper setup, safe operation, and regular upkeep.
  • Carry out quality checks, diagnose coating issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Mentor and train team members in best practice techniques and health & safety procedures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production challenges and meet targets.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Commitment to safe working practices.
