Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Powder Coater / Paint Sprayer to join our team in Redditch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in powder coating or industrial paint spraying, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Preparing surfaces for coating, including cleaning and masking
- Applying powder coatings or wet paints to a high standard
- Operating and maintaining spray guns, booths, and curing ovens
- Ensuring quality control and finishing work to exact specifications
- Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Previous experience in powder coating or paint spraying (essential)
- Ability to work efficiently to deadlines and high standards
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive pay of £14.50 per hour
