Salary: £14.50 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Powder Coater / Paint Sprayer to join our team in Redditch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in powder coating or industrial paint spraying, with a keen eye for detail and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing surfaces for coating, including cleaning and masking
  • Applying powder coatings or wet paints to a high standard
  • Operating and maintaining spray guns, booths, and curing ovens
  • Ensuring quality control and finishing work to exact specifications
  • Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in powder coating or paint spraying (essential)
  • Ability to work efficiently to deadlines and high standards
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
