Job summary

The Best Connection Dudley are currently recruiting for a Powder Coater in Dudley on behalf of a manufacturing client. You will be responsible for powder coating trackwork and rail components, ensuring products meet quality specifications.

Shift 08:00–16:30 Monday to Friday (40 hours/week). Pay £13 per hour with weekly pay, potential permanent position after a trial period, and pension contributions. Ongoing assignments and 28 days paid annual leave accrue.

Qualifications

• Previous powder coating experience preferred.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing metal components for coating
• Hanging and unhanging products from the track line
• Applying powder coating to components
• Carrying out quality inspections on finished products
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
