Job description

We are seeking a Powder Coater to join our team at RHF Fans Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various components, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our standards. Your contributions will enhance the performance and durability of our products.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning and masking as necessary.
2. Apply powder coatings using appropriate techniques to achieve a uniform finish.
3. Operate and maintain powder coating equipment to ensure optimal performance.
4. Inspect coated products for quality assurance, identifying any defects or inconsistencies.
5. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

1. Experience in a powder-coating environment is advantageous, with a focus on supplying quality products to customers.
2. NVQ qualification in a powder-coating role is desirable.
3. Solid understanding of different powder coating techniques.
4. Ability to recognize and identify colours from charts or other methods according to customer specifications.
5. Ability to work under instruction and independently.
6. Experience with wet paint is a plus.
