The Job: An opportunity has arisen for a Poultry Farm Manager to join a highly respected agricultural business at their breeder laying farm in Lincolnshire. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the farm, staff, and all associated operations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of bird health and welfare.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a positive attitude, capable of motivating and leading farm staff. This role offers excellent long-term career progression for someone with poultry farm management experience looking to take the next step in their career.
