Permanent Full-time

Location: Downham Market, Norfolk

GBP41,000 per annum + Accommodation

Are you an experienced Poultry Farm Manager looking for a rewarding leadership role? Our client, a highly respected company in the poultry industry, is seeking a dedicated manager to oversee their farm near Downham Market. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business known for its commitment to animal welfare, innovation, and high-quality poultry production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the farm, ensuring efficient and high-welfare production.
2. Lead and support a team, managing schedules, authorising timesheets, and conducting performance reviews.
3. Implement and maintain biosecurity, animal welfare, and health & safety standards.
4. Manage stock levels, oversee supply orders, and control operational costs.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise farm efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum two years' experience in poultry farm management or a similar livestock production role.
2. Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and train a team.
4. Solid understanding of poultry breeding, biosecurity, and welfare best practices.
