Banny’s Restaurant is seeking a hardworking and reliable Pot-wash/Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will ensure the kitchen operates smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels of utensils and equipment. Our restaurant caters to 300 guests, making this a dynamic and hands-on position.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently clean pots, pans, plates, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized
• Remove and dispose of kitchen waste properly
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized kitchen and storage areas
• Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
