Job summary

The Best Connection is currently recruiting Potato Graders for a site in the Staffordshire area. You will grade and sort potatoes to required quality standards, identify unsuitable produce and work in a cabin on an outdoor farm environment as part of a busy team.

This temporary assignment offers £12.71 per hour, Monday to Friday with shifts up to 07:30-19:30, and some Saturdays. Potentially up to 2 months of work.

Qualifications

• Previous farm, agricultural or grading experience would be ideal.
• Comfortable working in an outdoor agricultural environment.
• Reliable and able to work longer shifts during busy periods.
• Own transport would be ideal due to the location and working hours.

Responsibilities

• Grading and sorting potatoes to required quality standards.
• Identifying and removing unsuitable produce.
• Working within a cabin in an outdoor farm environment.
• Working as part of a busy team.
• Following site health & safety and hygiene procedures.
