Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking a Collection Driver to join a team ensuring timely delivery and collection across routes. You will walk routes, check post-boxes, visit post offices and collect mail, while upholding Royal Mail standards for security and accuracy.

This role involves outdoor work in all weather, handling election materials, and occasionally delivering items such as food or alcohol. A flexible shift pattern and a commitment to community service are valued.

• Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points, Please note: For candidate search purposes, roles offering between 35-37 hours per week are listed as full‑time. However, any role under 37 hours per week will be classified as part‑time in the employment contract.

As a Collection Driver, you're expected to securely deliver all items on your route, including handling and delivering election materials and certain items (such as food products or alcohol) in line with Royal Mail business standards.
