The role involves conducting experimental or theoretical work, analysing data, and presenting findings at conferences.

The postholder will support development of grant proposals, assist in supervising students, and engage with interdisciplinary teams within Aston’s vibrant research

Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct independent research and contribute to collaborative projects.
• Experience in designing and implementing research methodologies relevant to the discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Evidence of academic writing and publication potential in peer-reviewed journals.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.
• Experience or willingness to support teaching and student supervision activities.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in research and academic practice.

Responsabilités
