King’s College London invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Associate to contribute to the development of advanced methods for real-time image registration of ultrasound skull imaging to MRI/CT head scans. This project is funded by the Advanced Research + Invention Agency (ARIA), a leading UK research and development funding organization dedicated to supporting scientific and technological innovation. The successful candidate will join the QUIIN lab at King’s College London and collaborate with a distinguished international team led by Dr. James Choi at Imperial College London. The project is a collaborative effort between King’s College London, Imperial College London, University of Michigan, and University of Arizona.
Requirements
– PhD in a relevant field such as biomedical engineering, medical physics, computer science, or a related discipline
– Demonstrated experience in multi-modal image registration, ultrasound imaging, MRI/CT imaging, or machine learning for image processing
– Strong programming skills and familiarity with image analysis software
– Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and international research environment
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
