University of Leeds is seeking a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow to join the Environmental Chemistry group. The role focuses on the fate, uptake and effects of emerging contaminants in agricultural environments, with a emphasis on pharmaceuticals and sustainable practices.

You will work within a collaborative team on a UKRI-funded project, contributing to environmental risk assessment and advancing knowledge in agro-ecosystem contaminant behaviour.

Formación

• PhD in a relevant environmental field.
• Experience in environmental contaminant research.
• Interest in environmental risk assessment and contaminant fate.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver a programme of innovative research examining contaminant uptake, transformation, and biological effects in agricultural systems.
• Contribute to informing sustainable agricultural practices and risk assessment frameworks.
