We are seeking a Postdoctoral Biology Associate to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Qualifications include:

• Expert understanding of biology; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Related fields include Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology, inductive/deductive reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.

This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position, allowing you to choose projects and work on your schedule. Compensation starts at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluating their outputs.
• Assessing the quality of AI models for correctness and performance.
