Emerging Scholars Council seeks a Postdoctoral Research Associate to pursue experimental research in atomic and laser physics, within a collaborative group at Durham. The post is part of a fixed term eight-month project funded by EURAMET and the CoCoRiCo consortium.

Qualifications

• Experience in atomic physics, quantum optics or laser cooling and trapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop experiments to meet project goals.
• Supervise graduate students within the group and contribute to undergraduate teaching.
