The University of Oxford invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher in Cognitive Neuroscience to join the Cognitive Neuroanatomy Lab, led by Dr Daniel Margulies, on the ERC-funded CORTIGRAD project.

The role focuses on synthesising literature, cross-species analyses, and manuscript preparation, with supervision of PhD students and research staff. This is a fixed-term post until 31 May 2028, with the closing date 04 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in cognitive neuroscience or neuroanatomy; strong scientific writing.
• Experience with cross-species analyses is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize scientific literature across primates and other species and contribute to manuscripts.
• Lead targeted analyses of existing datasets using project tools.
• Collaborate with the PI and team to bring outputs to publication.
