Qualifications

• Possess relevant PhD or equivalent qualification/experience in a related field.
• Ability to assess physical processes and work collaboratively in a team.
• Capable of making presentations at conferences and other events.

Responsibilities

• Participate in investigations of El Nino's role in East Asian climate.
• Work on model biases and drifts in seasonal-decadal forecasts systems.
• Assess the behaviour of prediction systems related to ENSO teleconnections.
