A leading NHS hospital is seeking a Postal/Uniform Assistant to join their team. This role involves supporting administrative tasks related to postal services and staff uniforms across two sites in Stoke-on-Trent. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and experience in a customer service environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a high standard of service in a dynamic healthcare setting.

THIS VACANCY INVOLVES ACROSS SITE WORKING AND WILL REQUIRE ALL APPLYING CANDIDATES TO BE ABLE TO WORK AT BOTH COUNTY STAFFORD AND ROYAL STOKE SITES.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our Postal / Uniform Team to support in ensuring all administrative tasks associated with the postal service and the supply of staff uniforms are performed effectively in line with correct process to help provide and maintain a high level service in trust mailing and staff uniforms. This role will involve across site working at both Royal Stoke and County Hospital. Clean and hygienic environment for all patients, visitors and staff in line with the National Standards of Cleanliness for the UHNM County Site Stafford.
