Job description
Overview

University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship for this role. This is in accordance with UKVI guidelines and legislation, as these roles do not meet the skill nor salary threshold for sponsorship. If you hold a graduate visa, you are welcome to apply for this role; however, UHNM will be unable to offer sponsorship at the end of your graduate visa. You must also have at least six months until your graduate visa expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons.

THIS VACANCY INVOLVES ACROSS-SITE WORKING AND WILL REQUIRE ALL APPLYING CANDIDATES TO BE ABLE TO WORK AT BOTH COUNTY STAFFORD AND ROYAL STOKE SITES.

Responsibilities
  • Join the Postal / Uniform Team and support in ensuring all administrative tasks associated with the postal service and supply of staff uniforms are performed effectively in line with the correct process to help provide and maintain a high level of service in trust mailing and staff uniforms.
  • Work across site at both Royal Stoke and County Hospital; maintain a clean and hygienic environment for all patients, visitors and staff in line with the National Standards of Cleanliness for the UHNM County Site Stafford.
  • Assist with general duties as required to support daily operations of the postal and uniforms service.
Requirements / Selection

  • If shortlisted on the day of the interview there will be a basic English and situation-based test that all candidates will need to complete.
