Post Transaction Specialist (Consultant / Senior Consultant)

Our award-winning specialist Pension Risk Transfer team is the largest and most experienced de-risking team in the market. With the significant increase in pension risk transfer activity, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant or senior consultant who is enthusiastic about risk transfer projects and passionate about achieving good outcomes for trustees, sponsors and members alike, to join our highly successful Post Transaction Team as we expand our capabilities.
Who are the team?
Our market-leading Post Transaction team consists of over 35 experienced practitioners who support trustees and sponsors to plan and execute the successful transition of their pension schemes to buy-out and wind-up. The team work closely with LCP's specialist Pension Risk Transfer team and other areas of LCP's business to ensure a seamless end-to-end process from completing a buy-in transaction right through to ultimate wind-up.
The team is unique in the market in its range of skills, depth of experience and robust project management capabilities, including strong, trusted relationships with insurer teams and detailed understanding of insurer processes and wider legislative requirements.
Our clients are a mixture of existing LCP clients, and clients with incumbent advisers seeking LCP's independent de-risking expertise to meet their strategic objectives.
