Job description

Location: Greens of Banchory

Start Date: Immediate Starts Available

Pay: £10 - £12.21

Contract: Part time 16hrs per week (worked either 2 days x 8hrs or 4 days x 4hrs). Working hours are within 9-5.30pm Mon-Fri, with 9-1pm alternative Saturdays.

Post Office experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Role: Post Office Counter Clerk / Sales Assistant

We are hiring a Counter Clerk / Sales Assistant to serve customers and provide outstanding service in our Post Office and convenience store. You will aim to go above and beyond to deliver one of the best retail experiences in the country. Your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
  • Being knowledgeable about Post Office services and serving customers efficiently
  • Maintaining store standards
  • Creating a positive work environment
  • Replenishing stock and completing regular tasks efficiently
