A leading postal service provider in Hinckley and Bosworth is seeking a Post Office Counter Clerk who will deliver exceptional customer service and support colleagues. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer experience and strong communication skills. This role offers 20 hours per week, with flexible shifts and various employee benefits including in-store discounts and a company pension.

Working Hours: 20 hours per week working any 5 out of 6 days. Closed on Sundays!
We pay in line with UK age-related minimum and living wage rates – so your pay will depend on your age group. Please see below:

3-Day Post Office Counter Training covers Introduction, Processes, Practical Skills & Systems
Training may take place at a different location – flexibility required!
