Job summary

Brewer Morris is seeking a contract post-merger integration lead in Greater London. You will report to the Head of M&A and coordinate cross-functional workstreams across operations, finance, HR, IT and sales to execute the integration plan and realise synergy targets.

You will establish governance structures, KPI dashboards and regular executive comms, guiding cultural alignment and change management to minimise disruption and maximise value creation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering post-merger integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across functions.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the integration plan across functions (operations, finance, HR, IT, sales).
• Track and realise synergies, monitor progress and escalate risks.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication between leadership and acquired management.
• Drive integration governance with reporting frameworks, steering committees and KPI dashboards.
• Support cultural and organisational integration to maximise engagement and retention.
