As a Post-Graduate Junior Design Manager, you will support our talented design team in developing and coordinating design concepts, documentation, and drawings under the guidance of the Senior Design Manager. This role is all about learning and growth—actively seeking opportunities to expand your understanding of design management, building regulations, and construction methodologies while ensuring that our quality standards are meticulously met. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to maintain transparency throughout the design process, learning the intricacies of effective communication and quality assurance.

Hours of Work: Full-time position, office based.

Post-Graduate Junior Design Manager Requirements

A relevant post-graduate degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of design principles, building regulations, and construction methodologies. A strong desire to learn and develop expertise in design management with a focus on high-end or bespoke construction projects. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) or a willingness to enhance your software skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Post-Graduate Junior Design Manager Benefits:
