Are you an administrator with working knowledge of freight documentation that is looking for a new challenge working with a market leading company who will provide you with excellent training and the opportunity to advance your career?

The Group Freight Department is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join the team as the Post-Export Compliance Administrator, reporting to the Group Freight Manager. This role involves accurately managing compliance documentation for interbranch shipments and export sales.

The successful candidate will need to be well-organized, methodical, and possess strong administration and keyboard skills. Knowledge of export-related shipments will be beneficial. Tasks include checking and maintaining export systems and documents, verifying the accuracy of freight agents' documentation, and gathering post-compliance data such as invoices and certificates.

The role also involves liaising with freight agents to rectify any errors, collating documentation for internal audits, and providing support for import administration as required.

The Role:

  • Responsible for obtaining and checking post-export documentation in line with HMRC legal requirements.
  • Checking and maintaining Export systems and documents to ensure details are recorded accurately - this is a time sensitive system.
  • Checking the accuracy of freight agents Export documentation and import documentation including Customs entries/invoices/freight and transport documents.


The Person:

  • Working knowledge of freight administration
