Full-time: 35 hours per week

Fixed-term: 12 months

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Post-Doctoral Research Associate in Biodiversity and Land Use Modelling to contribute to advancing global biodiversity and land-use modelling, focusing on scenarios based on the IPBES Nature Futures Framework.

This position is fixed-term (12 months) and full-time (35 hours per week). We are open to considering part-time or flexible working arrangements. Additionally, we are receptive to requests for hybrid working, combining remote and on-campus work on a non-contractual basis.

Your skills and attributes for success:
  • Experience in using and developing models of biodiversity and land use
  • Expertise with global land use modelling results, preferably including development in R
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, suitable for academic audiences
