The Department of Clinical Sciences at LSTM is at the forefront of research addressing health systems and delivery challenges in low-resource settings. We are seeking a Post-Doctoral Research Associate to support a high-impact study on multimorbidity and emergency care in sub-Saharan Africa. This full-time, fixed-term role from June 2025 to August 2025 may extend to August 2026, pending grant approval.
The successful candidate will contribute to the Multilink study, a pilot cluster-randomised trial in Malawi and Tanzania, evaluating a complex intervention for patients with multiple chronic diseases presenting to emergency care. The study includes health economic, quantitative, and qualitative process evaluation components. You will coordinate these workstreams and liaise with international partners to ensure high-quality research delivery.
