A Post-doctoral Research Associate is needed for a study on learning French, German, and Spanish in primary schools in England. The project investigates young learners’ linguistic progression from ages 7 to 11 and explores factors influencing language learning in classroom settings within English-speaking countries where exposure to the language is limited.
The project, 'Progression in Primary Languages,' is led by Dr. Rowena Kasprowicz and funded through a UK Research and Innovation Future Leaders Fellowship.
Requirements:
The position is part-time (0.8 FTE), starting from 1 June 2025 to 30 September 2026.
