The University of Sussex invites applications for a Post-Doc Research Fellow on AI, Gender and Race for recruitment and development in HR. You will publish journal articles on the impact of AI recruitment tools on gender and racial inequalities at work, and collaborate with Professor Jacqueline O’Reilly on these publications.

You may present findings at conferences and contribute policy briefs with the communications team.

Qualifications

• Ideally, recently completed a PhD in AI recruitment tools or related area.
• Ability to manage own workload and support others when needed.
• Clear communication with team, line management and stakeholders.

Responsabilités
