Job summary

University of Leeds is recruiting for a professional and proactive individual to provide high quality, customer focussed research support to the Faculty Research and Innovation Office (FRIO).

The role focuses on grants management and financial administration within FRIO, with emphasis on the post-award process, and will be deployed to the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences reporting to the Senior Research Support Administrator (Post-Award).

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a busy, customer focussed environment.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Experience of financial systems and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, customer focussed research support to the Faculty Research and Innovation Office (FRIO).
• Support the provision of grants management and financial administration within the FRIO, with a focus on the post-award process.
• Be part of the University's Research Operations service, deployed to the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences and reporting to the Senior Research Support Administrator (Post-Award).
