Job summary

BUUK Infrastructure, through its GTC division, seeks a Post Award Programme Lead to manage post award programmes, coordinate with the Senior Project Manager and Lead Designer, and ensure delivery dates are met. You will maintain project templates, liaise with customers, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, experience in utilities, and the ability to manage multiple meetings and reports.

Qualifications

• Educated to A Level or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-focused role.
• Experience in a utility environment for construction or design.
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; highly organised and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage post award programme for new awards using approved templates.
• Organise and attend internal post award meetings within 48 hours of acceptance.
• Maintain high productivity and quality in programme delivery.
• Coordinate external post award meetings with Senior PM and Lead Designer.
• Prepare draft programme for post award activities and issue to customer within a week.
• Produce bi-weekly progress reports for customer and project team.
• Chase missing information and manage contractual changes as needed.
• Produce management reports on progress and issues.
