Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support post-16 learners with a range of additional needs in a Rochdale sixth form. The role focuses on building independence, life skills and employability ahead of adulthood, with a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
You will provide one-to-one and small group support, help deliver personalised learning and community-based programmes, contribute to EHCP targets, and work closely with families, carers and external agencies
Area: Rochdale, Greater Manchester
Start Date: Tuesday 1st September 2026
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £525 - £700 per week (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
