Post-16 Speech and Language Therapist

Location: Sheffield

Type: Part-time, 2 days a week—preferably Tuesday and Thursday or Tuesday and Wednesday. Flexibility is available, but Tuesday must be the primary working day.

Our Local Authority client in Sheffield is recruiting a Speech and Language Therapist to support their team on a temporary initial contract.

You will manage a caseload of students aged 16+ with ASD, learning disabilities, and speech and language difficulties, independently conducting assessments, annual reviews, developing individual programs, and leading groups.

Work settings include specialist education and work experience environments.

Requirements:

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
• Experience working with children with complex needs.
