  • Tracking and Outreach: Stay connected with participants through calls, texts, and visits, ensuring statutory requirements are met. Record essential details in compliance with DfE standards.
  • Rapid Support: Provide timely Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) sessions within 48 hours of referrals. Facilitate sessions in diverse locations, guiding individuals on exam results, career exploration, job searches, and more.
  • Support during key Transitions: Assist schools, alternative learning providers, and home-educated students in transitioning successfully into year 12, paving the way for a smooth educational journey.
  • Networking and Collaboration: Build and maintain an extensive network of contacts and stakeholders. Collaborate with post-16 providers and local businesses to foster career development opportunities. Champion cross-referrals to enhance support services.
