  • Deliver PBS input at universal, targeted, and specialist levels of need.

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Use behavioural data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust support accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with legal and clinical standards.

Professional Development & Practice

  • Engage in supervision, team reflection, and training to ensure ongoing clinical quality.
  • Promote ethical, trauma-informed, and rights-based behaviour support in line with PBS best practices.

Who We're Looking For

  • Someone skilled in behavioural assessment, analysis, and evidence-based intervention planning.
  • A confident communicator and trainer who can empower others to deliver positive support.
  • A reflective, ethical professional committed to high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Organised and adaptable, able to manage a varied caseload in a remote-working environment.
