An established industry player seeks a compassionate Positive Behaviour Support Senior / Clinical Specialist to enhance the lives of adults with learning disabilities. This part-time role involves working within a multi-disciplinary team, providing high-quality, person-centred support, and engaging with autistic individuals. You will have the opportunity to influence service delivery while receiving supervision from experienced professionals. We are looking for a Positive Behaviour Support Senior / Clinical Specialist to join us in supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support to improve the lives of adults with learning disabilities. You will be a key part of the multi-disciplinary team within services and also a member of our Therapeutic Services team, which includes Applied Psychology, Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language Therapy.
This role is based in Copperclay Mews, Easingwold, with travel to other Hesley Group services required for team meetings and service needs.
This is a part-time, temporary role covering maternity leave for 10 months.
