As a PBS lead, you will assist in developing, organizing, and delivering a high-quality Positive Behaviour Support approach, enabling children to develop essential skills. Co-production will be key, working with children and families to identify support needs, challenges, and develop individualized plans.

As a practice leader, you will ensure staff benefit from person-centred PBS training, role modeling good practice, and coaching related to individual plans.
