Role Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our UX team to support UX and CRO projects for a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate is ambitious, organized, a team player, and eager to develop their skills in User Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct UX audits on client websites and digital assets, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Perform competitor analysis.
• Set up, moderate, and analyze user testing sessions to observe user interactions.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities along the user journey.
• Develop hypotheses for A/B testing and plan optimization strategies.
• Present key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design, development, and other teams.
• Contribute to the development of UX research processes and stay updated on industry trends.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in UX or related fields.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HotJar, etc.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and passion for UX.
