Job description

Position: Senior IT Systems Analyst (Microsoft 365 & SharePoint), based in London / Hybrid

Senior IT Systems Analyst sought by a growing not-for-profit organization to join their team in Central London, taking a lead role in optimizing and enhancing their technology environment, with a strong emphasis on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services. This is a hands-on, technically advanced role involving the delivery of secure and compliant IT services across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft cloud, modern workplace tools, security, and compliance frameworks.

Job requirements:

• Previous experience in a senior IT support role managing and optimizing the Microsoft 365 stack (including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platforms).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Endpoint Manager.
• Experience deploying, securing, and supporting SharePoint online environments.
• Understanding of cyber best practices including Cyber Essentials Plus and data protection.
• Exposure to AI-driven tools such as Copilot / Power Automate.
• Experience supporting users in a hybrid environment.

Additional qualities:

• A willingness and ability to proactively support and manage internal user expectations in conjunction with a managed service provider.
• Willingness to engage with projects as required.
